Air Canada set to recommence direct flights from Quebec to Punta Cana

Air Canada has declared to recommence its direct services from Quebec. This will happen in the winter of 2024-25. The services will be resumed to famous locations such as Orlando, Fort Lauderdale, Punta Cana, and Cancun.

Stephane Poirier, the President and CEO of Quebec Jean Lesage International Airport, expressed his delight with the news. He lauded Air Canada for restoring international flights and entering their market.

Mark Galardo, Executive Vice President of Revenue and Network Planning at Air Canada, shared his excitement about the direct flights. He stated they are pleased to offer a nonstop service from Quebec City to Tulum, and other popular sun destinations.

Galardo said Air Canada and Air Canada Vacations provide various travel choices for Quebec residents. They hope to continue serving their favorite vacation destinations in Florida, Mexico, and more in the upcoming winter.
