A collaborative pact has been formalized between Santo Domingo’s low-cost airline, Arajet, and the Barna Senior Management School, aimed toward enhancing the expertise of airline personnel while fostering mutual academic progress. This union characterizes a shared commitment for top-notch training and boosting commerce in the nation.
The pact was inked by Arajet’s CEO and Founder, Víctor Miguel Pacheco Méndez, and Barna’s rector, Paulo Alves, who emphasized the reciprocal advantages of the agreement. One of the primary initiatives includes Arajet providing exclusive flight discounts for Barna’s faculty and pupils, which also covers participants in the MBA and EMBA programs engaged in international travel. These reductions pave the way for beneficiaries to avail exclusive airline packages, promoting academic movement.
In addition, Barna will assist in delivering training for the Arajet workforce via mentoring and coaching programs for its managers and frontrunners, imparting them with essential tools for their career advancement. These programs are poised to advance management and leadership proficiency, thereby reinforcing the airline’s organizational makeup.
Víctor Pacheco declared that, ““This partnership solidifies our devotion to the professional development of our team members, equipping them to handle the challenges of the aviation industry with a robust managerial tactic”.
Conversely, Paulo Alves noted that “Partnering with Arajet is instrumental in consistently assisting in the cultivation of formidable business leaders who substantially impact their organizations and societal fabric.”
Devotion toward educational and commercial advancement
The pact additionally entails collaborative involvement in academic ventures and fostering scholarship schemes for Arajet’s workforce, thereby augmenting leadership skills within the establishment.
Although Arajet and Barna will sustain their operational autonomy, the agreement does not limit their capacity to forge similar collaborations with diverse institutions.
