The Real Estate Agent

PUNTA CANA. José Luis Romero and Félix Sancho, two prominent Spanish businessmen, announced the construction of 3 new real estate developments in Punta Cana this weekend. The Dominican Republic caught their attention due to its security and friendly atmosphere. GMS Group and Grupo San Pablo, with over 20 years of experience in real estate, decided to invest in Punta Cana after being impressed by the country’s charms and opportunities.

Under the Vivantia Homes brand, they will launch Oasis Bay, Boutique Oasis Bay, and Oasis Lake in Cana Bay and Dawntown, redefining housing in this tourist hub.

José Luis Romero and Félix Sancho shared their reasons for investing in the Dominican Republic, highlighting the friendly people, beautiful beaches, and growth potential in Punta Cana. Sancho mentioned that many visitors are compelled to return, sparking their interest in contributing to the country’s growth.

The projects

“Oasis Bay” and “Boutique Oasis Bay” will offer high-quality apartments and villas in Cana Bay. “Oasis Lake” will provide bungalows near Caribbean Lake Park in Dawntown Punta Cana, offering a unique experience with a membership card for the water park.

Last Friday’s event at Caribbean Lake Park was attended by key figures such as Martina Pepén Santana, Osman González, and Ernesto Veloz.

Representatives from real estate agencies like Xtriba Inmobiliaria, Algonovo, and My Home Punta Cana were also present.

About the groups

GMS Group, with over 25 years of experience in real estate and civil engineering, introduced Caribbean Lake Park in Punta Cana two years ago. Grupo San Pablo boasts 20 years of experience with 40 new construction promotions and over 3 thousand properties delivered.
