Banco BHD announced the financing of US$ 8,900,000 granted to Bio Investment Group, SAS for the construction and launch of the TRYP by Wyndham Punta Cana hotel project. This is sponsored by Grupo La Chapelle and Coral Hospitality Corp SA, which in turn is the operator of the hotel.
The information provided highlights that the financing contract was signed by Luis Molina Maríñez, Senior Vice President of Corporate and Business Banking at Banco BHD; Ricardo Felip, partner-vice president of Coral Hospitality Corp; Nigel La Chapelle, president of Bio Investment Group, and Beverly Ovalles de La Chapelle, vice president of Bio Investment Group.
Molina Maríñez expressed that from the BHD they are committed to supporting the development of the country, “and that is why we go beyond traditional banking businesses when we accompany and advise our clients in their projects for dynamic sectors, such as the tourism sector. So we are very pleased to be able to support TRYP by Wyndham Punta Cana on this occasion.”

The TRYP by Wyndham Punta Cana will begin operations in December 2024 with 97 rooms and a commercial area of 2,200 square meters. It will be located on the Eastern Tourist Boulevard.
This urban-style boutique brand will have a lobby bar, executive restaurant with capacity for 100 people, swimming pool, gym, 150-square-meter meeting and business center, free wi-fi in the lobby, pool and rooms, as well as a Underground parking for guests and visitors.
