Last March 1st, Tower 7 Seas was inaugurated in Cap Cana. The event was attended by the President of the Dominican Republic, Luis Abinader, and the Minister of Tourism, David Collado.
Tower 7 Seas is an important milestone for the tourist area of Cap Cana, Punta Cana, and Bavarian as it is the first of several projects in development. It has 15 levels and 64 luxury apartments with a view of the Caribbean Sea and the Las Iguanas golf course.
The construction of the tower was carried out by Logroval, who are also partners in the project along with international investors and Mariano Sanz.
Sanz expressed gratitude to partners, Cap Cana, the Hazoury Family, tower owners, and all contributors. 7 Seas has clients from 9 different nationalities, showcasing the importance of real estate tourism.
President of Cap Cana’s Board of Directors, Fernando Hazoury, thanked developers for choosing Cap Cana for investments, contributing to growth.
He emphasized the importance of good corporate governance and the benefits it will bring to the Dominican Republic and investors in the destination city.
President Abinader congratulated the business group on the project, expressing support for further development in Cap Cana and the tourism sector.
