Cap Cana, La Altagracia, DR. The Destination City Cap Cana achieved a significant milestone with the inauguration of “7Mares,” a 15-level tower with 64 apartments facing the Caribbean Sea. The event was attended by the President of the Republic, the Minister of Tourism, and the leading promoters and developers of the project.
Last Friday, at the opening ceremony, Luis Abinader, the President of the Republic; David Collado, the Minister of Tourism; Fernando Hazoury, a member of the Cap Cana Board of Directors; Engineer Mariano Sanz, the owner of the project, and other industry leaders were present.
The 7 Seas Tower is a significant development for Cap Cana, Punta Cana, Bávaro, and surrounding areas. It marks the first of several towers in a larger project. It consists of 64 luxury apartments with a stunning view of the Caribbean Sea, the upcoming Las Iguanas golf course, and other impressive areas of the city.
Engineer Sanz, in his opening speech, expressed gratitude to his partners, Cap Cana, the Hazoury Family, and everyone who contributed to the project. He highlighted the diverse clientele of 7Mares, representing about 9 nationalities from around the world, emphasizing the importance of real estate tourism.
Fernando Hazoury, president of the Cap Cana Board of Directors, thanked the developers and co-developers for choosing Cap Cana for their investments. He assured continued efforts to protect and enhance investments in the city.
The President of the Dominican Republic, Luis Abinader, emphasized the ideal timing for investing in the country and expressed optimism about its future growth.

About 7 Seas:
7 seas is the first 15-level tower in the eastern part of the country, designed with a focus on sustainability to minimize its environmental impact. The tower’s construction was carried out by the firm Logroval, along with other international investors and Engineer Mariano Sanz.
7 MARES adheres to rigorous technical standards and advanced design parameters with an emphasis on sustainability, providing long-term energy efficiency and reduced environmental impact. The design includes 65 housing units over 12 levels, with cozy apartments, luxury penthouses, and spectacular views.
