Cap Cana has announced in the Features 2024 (International Tourism Fair) the development of Juanillo Village, a project that will represent an investment of more than 500 million dollars, located in the center of the beautiful beach of Juanillo.
The project Juanillo Village will have 22 lots that will be developed in different phases designed to boutique hotels, condo hotels, apartments, an extensive shopping area, and beach clubs which will begin its development in this year 2024.
What will Juanillo Village contain?
A statement indicates that the project will have:
- Boutique hotels
- Commercial area
- Beach club
- A commercial promenade where restaurants, art galleries, shops, boutiques.
- Entertainment areas will coexist in a single space, ideal for vacationing with a different lifestyle next to the beach.
- Five minutes from the new and second field of Las Iguanas golf course by Jack Nicklaus.
jtown of juanillo will have a very different concept to those now seen in the Dominican Republic, with about 1,000 apartment units, and with the capacity 30 to 40 commercial premises.
The announcement of said investment was made by the executive president of Cape Cana, Jorge Subero Medina together with the Minister of Tourism, David Collado, and the commercial and marketing director Noribel Medina.
