Cap Cana, La Altagracia. In an event led by President Luis Abinader, the 7 Seas Tower was inaugurated in Cap Cana. The ceremony was attended by Minister of Tourism David Collado, the Hazoury family, project developers, investors, national and provincial authorities, special guests, and the press.

7 mares marks a significant milestone for Cap Cana, Punta Cana, Bávaro, and surrounding areas. It is the first of many developments and features 15 levels, 64 luxury apartments with stunning views of the Caribbean Sea, the Las Iguanas golf course, and other areas of Cap Cana.

Engineer Mariano Sanz expressed gratitude to partners, Cap Cana, the Hazoury Family, tower owners, and all contributors to the project. He highlighted the diverse nationalities of 7 Mares owners, emphasizing the importance of real estate tourism today.

The president of the Board of Directors, Fernando Hazoury, thanked developers and co-investors for choosing Cap Cana, contributing to growth. He pledged to protect and enhance investments, assets, and work within the destination city.

“We are implementing good corporate governance to institutionalize the business. The board includes experienced international professionals, benefiting the Dominican Republic, investors, partners, and allies,” he stated.

President Abinader voiced optimism about investing in the Dominican Republic, emphasizing ongoing growth and progress. He highlighted the importance of modern corporate governance for sustainable development.

Minister of Tourism David Collado commended the tourism industry’s success, reaching over 10 million visitors. He emphasized the positive outlook for winter tourism and the country’s continuous growth.

7 Seas is the first 16-level tower in the eastern region of the country, designed with a focus on sustainability to minimize environmental impact.

The tower, constructed by Logroval, features advanced design and technologies for energy efficiency and environmental conservation.
