The meeting took place in the elegant Loro Room, a distinguished space within the renowned Larimar Restaurant. In this captivating setting, the guests were part of a truly exceptional experience. It is first aged in ex-Bourbon American oak barrels, followed by aging in ex-Jerez single-use European oak barrels. The double aging of the 1888 results in a balanced liquid profile, with a complex range of flavor nuances.
In addition, the 1888 is carefully bottled by hand, including its artisan mesh and the wax seal that makes up its closure.
