Punta Cana. CEPM received recertification as “Best Place to Work” in Central America and the Caribbean. This achievement is following a 16-week review and evaluation process. The results showed high satisfaction among employees. They appreciated the company’s efforts to provide a stable, reliable, and inclusive work environment.
“This recertification as one of the Best Places to Work reaffirms our dedication to our employees. They are the foundation of our continuous growth. A positive work environment fosters professional development and innovation, enabling us to achieve shared goals,” said Roberto Herrera, CEO of CEPM.
Gina Mendoza, the Director of Human Management, stressed the importance of this recertification. “It motivates us to continue to innovate and develop people-focused strategies. By nurturing our organizational culture, we ensure the well-being of our team and facilitate goal achievement.”
CEPM differentiates itself by striking a balance between work and personal life. It does so through initiatives promoting well-being, as highlighted by the certification. Initiatives include comprehensive healthcare at their own centers like the recent Health and Wellness Center. Continuous training programs, integration activities, and a broad range of benefits extended to employees’ families are other notable initiatives. Plus, there are career development opportunities and plans within the company.
A methodology was used in the recertification process. It included tools for gathering and analyzing employees’ data. Anonymous surveys ensured transparent responses. This method allowed us to get insights on the various aspects of organizational dynamics. It included trust in leadership, a sense of belonging, and opportunities for development and growth. Furthermore, it measured values like camaraderie, credibility and pride, and overall satisfaction with the company.
Great Place to Work has aimed to identify, assess, and recognize organizations with excellent work environments. It has been doing so for over three decades. The mission is to develop a global network of companies that uphold a culture of trust, collaboration, and respect. Such an approach benefits not only the staff but also boosts business growth at all levels.
