Punta Cana.- The Epicure by Paradisus, in its first edition, arises with the purpose of exalting Dominican gastronomy, will be celebrated from November 3 to 6 at the Paradisus Palma Real hotel, with the stellar participation of the outstanding chef Roberto Capone, awarded with the five Stars of Italian Cuisine.

Capone stated that the flavors he works with are mostly focused on the Mediterranean, in this case the flavors of Italy. “I like to bring out the maximum essence of the product, a clear example is the starter that I offer. The style is never the same because it is always focused on presenting a fun proposal for the public, as you will see in two main dishes that are absolutely different from each other.”

He expressed that the expectation he has with The Epicure by Paradisus is to work hard. “Having fun to give the public a unique moment in what for me is one of the best hotels in the Dominican Republic.”

For Capone, Dominican cuisine has a mix of fresh, harmonious and super different flavors. “Logically, defining a Mediterranean cuisine is relatively difficult, but those who know me and follow me know that with a good bachata or a good merengue the final result is going to be optimal,” Capone said with a laugh.
