David Aleman, sales director for Colombia and South America of Avianca, revealed the most requested destinations by Colombians for the Easter season. The Caribbean destinations like Punta Cana, Aruba, or Curacao are among the most popular.
Europe, the United States, and Ecuador are also popular choices, with cities like Madrid, Barcelona, New York, Miami, Orlando, Quito, Guayaquil, and the Galapagos Islands.
Aleman also mentioned that in Colombia, destinations like Cartagena, Barranquilla, and Santa Marta are highly requested. Avianca covers all these destinations,” he said.
He also stated that during the Easter season from March 22 to April 1, Avianca will offer 1.4 million seats, equivalent to approximately 4,000 flights operating during that week.
