Premium Residences and Grupo De Valle (GDV) began construction work on the La Quinta By Wyndham hotel, which will have 126 rooms, with an investment that exceeds US$12 million and whose construction phase will generate nearly 500 direct jobs and indirect and another 200 when it comes into operation in the summer of 2025.

The opening ceremony of the construction of the modern hotel was carried out with the presence of the main investors and provincial authorities, who highlighted the importation of the hotel in an area as productive as San Francisco de Macorís.
The activity was led by businessman Franklin Romero and Ivanov Collado, the main shareholders, as well as Mr. Edward De Valle II and Curt Mc Guir, the master franchisors and exclusive representatives of La Quinta by Wyndham Hotels and Resorts in the Dominican Republic.

“The construction of La Quinta San Francisco de Macorís is a significant achievement for our city, its people and Premium Residences,” said Romero, president of Premium Residences.
For his part, Collado reported that the construction of the hotel is progressing according to schedule and its inauguration is scheduled for the summer of 2025.
