In that sense, Copa Airlines has scheduled an increase of 05 weekly flights on the Panama City – Punta Cana route, so from 45 flights, it will now operate 50 permanently from January 2nd. Meanwhile, the Ultra Low Cost airline, Arajet, has scheduled a seasonal increase on three routes that it operates from its Hub at the Las Américas International Airport.
In this way, as of January 8, the increase from 5 to 7 flights per week (1 daily) begins on the Santo Domingo – San Salvador route. Then, since January 9, it increases from 04 to 06 flights per week on the route to San José, the capital of Costa Rica, and the third route to add flights is the one that operates to Guatemala City, increasing by 5 to 6 per week.
