Morada’s developer unveiled the fresh stage of the residential project DAOS Suites. This adds another 280 apartments. It’s advantageously placed near Eastern Highway and two minutes from Downtown Punta Cana. The project spans 86,679 m². It is set to be completed by March 2028.
Morada’s commercial director, Ezequiel Rosario, emphasizes the cost-effective nature of this phase. The DAOS Suites is ideally situated close to key commercial, tourist, and entertainment hotspots of Punta Cana. It also provides direct access to major regional roads.

New apartments with 1 and 2 bedrooms are available. Prices start at US$90,600 and US$129,150 respectively. These apartments include a jacuzzi or swim-up area. For a down payment of US$3,000, units can be reserved. Flexible payment plans are available.
Discounts of up to 6% are given for early payments, according to Rosario. The Fly and Buy program is also offered. The sizes of units vary between 74.45 m² and 149.35 m². The entire project emphasizes sustainability with 23,000 m² (55%) dedicated to green spaces and 17,825 m² (40%) used for construction.
