The American airline Delta Air Lines has placed in its summer schedule (May – August) 2024, plans to expand the Airbus A321neo service with flights to Santo Domingo, Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic, Cancún in Mexico and Montego Bay in Jamaica.
Some of the routes will have variations of increase and decrease of flights in the course of their operations, as happens in the flights that have been scheduled on the Atlanta – Santo Domingo route that begin on May 7 with up to one daily flight (except between June 7 to July 7, 2024).
In the case of flights to Punta Cana from New York, these have been set to operate with a daily flight from June 7 to August 5, 2024, remembering that the Airbus A321neo equipment will be used and for Santo Domingo there is another addition of flights, since from May 7 it will operate again from New York City until August 5 with two daily flights, temporarily increasing for one month (June 7 to July 7) to three flights per day.
As we mentioned previously, Cancún and Montego Bay are part of the Caribbean destinations to which Delta Air Lines has placed the Airbus A321neo in its flight schedule and in that sense, for the Mexican city, it has arranged from May 9 to August 5 4 weekly flights from New York City with an increase from June 7 between 7 and 8 weekly flights.
From the same city in the United States, Deta has placed 6 weekly flights to Montego Bay in Jamaica from June 7 to August 5, later increased to one daily flight from July 8, 2024.
