The company EGI Business Group announced the signing of a contract with Hilton, the world’s leading hotel company, to develop the new Hampton by Hilton Punta Cana. With plans to open in 2026, Hampton by Hilton Punta Cana will represent the first hotel in the brand in the eastern part of the Dominican Republic and second Hampton in the country.

The information provided indicates that the construction of this international category hotel is scheduled to begin in 2024, with an expected investment of US$16 million, it will contribute to the economic growth of the region, generating approximately 150 new direct and indirect jobs.
