With plans to open in 2026, Hampton by Hilton Punta Cana will represent the first hotel in the brand in the eastern part of the Dominican Republic and second Hampton in the country.

“We are excited to share the important news of the signing of the agreement between EGI Business Group and Hilton for the construction of the new Hampton by Hilton Punta Cana project,” said Iker Aguirre, CEO of EGI Business Group. “This commitment represents our commitment to excellence and traveler satisfaction and marks a milestone in the region’s tourism evolution.”

The information provided indicates that the construction of this international category hotel is scheduled to begin in 2024, with an expected investment of US$16 million, it will contribute to the economic growth of the region, generating approximately 150 new direct and indirect jobs.
