Elite House RD, a real estate agency has extended its operations to Bogotá, Colombia, marking its presence as the first Dominican real estate agency in the country.
A launch event was hosted by Elite House RD, where noteworthy guests included the Dominican ambassador to Colombia, Felix Aracena Vargas, Dominican-Colombian Chamber of Commerce representatives, investors, brokers and media.
Located in the thriving city of Bogotá, Colombia, CII 119b, No. 6-31, in Usaquen, is where the new office stands.
The event was led by Ariel Castillo, CEO of Elite House, alongside Julincy Garo, Franchise Director, Engels de Jesús, franchise compliance director, Glendys Mejía, broker from Punta Cana, and Colombian partners Carlos Ortiz and Claudia Hernández.
At the occasion, Castillo informed that the new office would offer Colombian investors the chance to buy properties in the Dominican Republic, primarily in the tourist hotspot Punta Cana, either for residential purposes or as an investment.
He further elaborated upon the benefits of investing in Punta Cana, a tourist city with significant demographic and real estate growth, situated in the extreme east of Dominican Republic, in La Altagracia province, known for its beautiful beaches.
Julincy Garo added that the agency’s presence in Colombia aims to create job opportunities and draw investment capital in an essential bilateral exchange for both nations.
