Extensa Group, in alliance with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, broke ground on its Palace Suites Punta Cana Downtown Trademark by Wyndham project, with an amount of US$38 million, which will increase as will the customer return rate, under the administration of a hotel chain and an operator located in the tourist commercial center of Punta Cana.

“We celebrate the alliance with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts. Being part of their portfolio positions us very well within the market. The location of the hotel is key and there is no hotel that currently offers something similar,” emphasized Pop.
The executive manager added that Punta Cana as a city does not have large rooms that are suitable for events such as congresses, conferences, “at least, we will put five conference rooms, and a room with capacity for 300 people, this is incredible, well, it we can use. And a conference center with smaller rooms for ten people.”
Regarding profitability, he explained that the project has an Apart Hotel style structure, while its functionality corresponds to a hotel. Palace Suites Downtown is a suite-hotel project that consists of 325 furnished luxury suites, in an attractive tourist concept in the central area of Downtown.
