SANTO DOMINGO.– The appointment was scheduled for 11: AM. KW Dominicana was set to receive its associates and special guests to give a greeting of gratitude for their hard work in 2023 and an outlook for the coming year.
The amber room of the Dominican Fiesta Hotel in Santo Domingo was dressed in black and red, filled with the decorated tables. In a corner, the feminine lined up to model on the 360 platform. Sandwiches were available, and waiters offered drinks and juices, as the room filled with representations of various offices: KW Capital, KW Gold, KW Norte, KW Oriental, KW Premium, and KW Punta Cana.
Isely Almánzar from KW Norte, together with Sagrario Nin, led the meeting. “We are delighted to have you here to celebrate this holiday. We are going to enjoy Christmas together and our end of the year,” were the welcoming words.

Ana Encarnación of KW Premiun blessed the event, paying a posthumous tribute to Leo Batista. Giovanna Saco, Regional Main Operator, then welcomed the guests: “Welcome, let’s enjoy an afternoon in the warmth of our KW family.”

KW Dominicana wants to strengthen ties with the real estate agencies in the Dominican market. Special guests invited were a group of leaders in the sector, with whom the franchise wishes to strengthen ties. Rodelixsa Manzueta, regional director at the country level, expressed gratitude to their continuous support. He also thanked the company representatives at the meeting, remembering the importance of unity.
Before lunch, economist Jhonathan D’Oleo offered some sales guidelines and talked about the value propositions that a real estate agent must have. After lunch, the dance floor lit up to the rhythm of Caribbean music. “Marola” thundered on stage at 3:30, and Sergio Vargas appeared to seal a memorable holiday for the KW Dominican family.
