First International Securities Markets Congress to be Hosted by Dominican Republic

Santo Domingo.- The First International Securities Markets Congress will be held by Salas Piantini & Asocs. It’s set for October 21 at the Intercontinental Real Santo Domingo Hotel. The goal is to make the Dominican Republic a center for global financial leaders. The congress serves as a global education platform that unites international experts to discuss financial market best practices in relation to Dominican.

Among the participants is Kroll, known for risk assessments, and Nick Talbot, CEO of the International Valuation Standards Council (IVSC). Their involvement signifies Kroll’s acknowledgment of the potentials of the Dominican market. It also boosts confidence among international investors, especially the ones new to this emerging market.

The conference will showcase sessions themed around valuation and stock markets. Talbot’s presentation will start it off. Following sessions will tackle asset valuation in the Dominican Republic by Kroll experts. Also, there will be discussions on systemic risk in emerging markets. Networking opportunities will be available through coffee breaks, workshops and lunches.

Instead of traditional ticket sales, Congress has introduced investment packages. Package A includes 15 tickets, premium brand visibility and exclusive workshop access. It also offers a private course on investment analysis with artificial intelligence. Package B grants 10 tickets with workshop access and the AI course, with a more intimate brand experience.

José Salas, the organizer, mentioned the inclusion of a virtual AI center. It will feature exclusive content before, during and after the event. More details and reservations can be made at www.coimval.com.
