Proinversión and Nader Enterprises, present at FITUR 2024, have signed an alliance for the development of a tourism and real estate project that will be part of the “Maralda” megaproject that is currently being developed in Playa Esmeralda, Miches, to consolidate the efforts to convert this destination as the next great tourist center in the Dominican Republic.
The project will be carried out on a land of more than 700,000 square meters owned by Miches Development Group, with the vision
to offer the market a unique and innovative project in the region that will have more than 200 lots for villas and apartments, a central lake with islands where various amenities will be located, polo fields, basketball, tennis, paddle tennis and other sports for enjoyment of the residents. Likewise, and as one of the main attractions, the first beach club will be built in Playa Esmeralda, which will offer a unique and privileged experience in a paradisiacal environment.
Rafael Blanco, president of Proinversión, assured that, “this new commitment to the country is a sample of the unstoppable development of Miches and all its potential. This alliance with Nader Enterprises was a great opportunity to create synergy, since “Maralda” already has all the permits and licenses, as well as a robust financial and legal structure that allows us to begin the construction of the infrastructure and amenities immediately” .

The project funds will be administered by a trust managed by Fiduciaria Universal, thus guaranteeing transparent and efficient financial management.
