Flair Airlines to Launch Toronto-Punta Cana Flights in Fall 2021

Flights from Toronto to the Dominican Republic will increase in fall 2023, as low-cost airline Flair Airlines announced new service from Pearson to Punta Cana International Airport, starting October 30, 2023.

“The Dominican Republic continues to be one of the most popular destinations for Canadians looking to escape the cold winters to an area full of pristine beaches, vibrant culture and beautiful resorts that are only a 4.5-hour flight away,” he said.

He reported that “the airline will also offer service to Punta Cana from Ottawa and Kitchener-Waterloo later in the season.

“Travellers will also not have to worry about the lack of flights to and from the island; the airline will offer daily service from Toronto,” he said.

He explained that “the frequency from Ottawa or Kitchener-Waterloo will have flights twice a week.”
