Punta Cana. As a healthy and refreshing option, Freshtie Healthy Smoothies and Snacks opened its doors, an organic smoothie bar that was born from the idea of a married couple to become a small business today.
Freshtie represents a totally new concept in the area of Bávaro and Punta Cana in a familiar, comfortable and welcoming atmosphere, specially designed for a break, a rest, a start to the day, a lunch or an end of the afternoon.
Miguel Santana and Ana Garrido expressed during their opening the happiness it represents for them to see their business grow, which they started from scratch as an experimental idea in 2020 and which had to close in a few months thanks to the pandemic, but which today reopens again and exhibits its triumphs.
They said they have high expectations to continue increasing it since today’s lifestyle invites people to consume healthy, fresh and quality products in their own moments and/or spaces that allow them to reconnect with physical and emotional well-being.
The bar is located in Plaza San Juan, and operates from Monday to Saturday from 8 in the morning to 8 at night. This first location has the future vision of being a nationwide franchise.
It has a wide variety of smoothies made with fresh fruits and vegetables, with recipes designed, tested and achieved by its own creators. It also offers the Acai Bowl and a variety of sandwiches, wraps and salads, among others.
