Punta Cana.— In a strategic move to accelerate premium real estate in the Dominican Republic’s East, Grupo Cana Rock has formalized a construction alliance with Mek Civil (Civil Mek) to develop Cosmos Stelar, the newest residential concept inside the prestigious Cana Bay community in Punta Cana. Renowned for delivering high-end tourism and residential projects across the region, Civil Mek will spearhead the build, aligning every phase with the elevated standards that define the Cana Rock brand.

To reinforce rigorous quality and on-time delivery, Cana Rock has also retained Idea SRL—an engineering and construction supervision firm recognized for technical excellence—to provide independent oversight. Idea SRL’s mandate includes strict quality control, transparent processes, and meticulous monitoring from groundbreaking to handover, ensuring consistency with the project’s sustainability and innovation goals.

The agreement was executed by Evagrio Sánchez Campo, CEO of Cana Rock; General Director Eduardo Hermana; and senior representatives from Civil Mek and Idea SRL. Designed with a contemporary aesthetic and curated for lifestyle-focused buyers and investors, Cosmos Stelar will feature exclusive amenities and a coveted address steps from the Hard Rock Golf Club at Cana Bay. The development underscores Cana Rock’s commitment to excellence, sustainable growth, and the continued transformation of Punta Cana into a world-class destination for luxury living and investment.
