Grupo De Valle and Grupo 7Palms unveil the latest La Quinta by Wyndham hotel in Miches at ITB-Berlin

Berlin Germany. – The business groups De Valle and 7Palms announced here, within the framework of the ITB-Berlin tourism fair, the construction of a new La Quinta by Wyndham hotel in Miches, what has become a beautiful new destination in the Dominican Republic.

This is the first time a mid-sized American brand has entered this fast-growing destination.

The new hotel, which will have an investment of more than twelve million dollars, will join the 900 La Quinta hotels that operate around the world and its two sister properties in the Dominican Republic, La Quinta Puerto Plata and La Quinta San Francisco de Macoris.

«Today we are here, at the ITB-BERLIN, the largest event in the tourism world, to announce, together with our partners from the 7Palms Group, the construction of our new La Quinta by Wyndham hotel in Miches, which would bring the total to 292 rooms. this prestigious brand in the Dominican Republic,” said the CEO of the De Valle Group.

Edward De Valle explained that the new La Quinta by Wyndham hotel in Miches will have 79 rooms, with large open spaces for co-working, breakfast, a meeting room and events. In addition, it will have a wellness center and a swimming pool available to guests.

He noted that the work will have an immediate positive impact on Miches, since in its construction phase it will generate 200 new jobs directly, which is added to the other 450 jobs that were already created during the construction phase of La Quinta. Puerto Plata and La Quinta San Francisco de Macorís.

They stated that hotel owners in the Dominican Republic will benefit from the global distribution of inventory offered by Wyndham Hotels and Resorts.
