SANTO DOMINGO: Colombian real estate company, Helen Realtor Group, aims to grow its operations in the Dominican Republic.
Company leaders, Helen García and José Montoya, selected the Dominican Republic for its trustworthy and secure market.
They were the first Colombians to conduct professional property sales between Colombia and the Dominican Republic.
“We sought investment opportunities, and found the Dominican Republic to be the most trustworthy,” stated the company’s real estate advisor, living in the country for over a year.

“Our specialization is guidance in high-growth sectors and finance,” Montoya stated.
Montoya represents an agency selling trust and property in Punta Cana, a prime tourist destination.

The focus is on promoting foreign investments through vacation rental properties. They express a continual commitment to the Dominican Republic market.
