Punta Cana, RD.- Playa Hotels & Resorts announced that the prominent executive David Barreiro Canda will become the General Manager of the Hilton La Romana hotel from this 1st. of November. The executive comes from leading the rebranding of Jewel Punta Cana and has been part of the success of the Hyatt Cap Cana hotels.
Barreiro Canda is a fundamental member of the executive team of Hotels and Resorts in Playa in the Dominican Republic in everything that has to do with F&B. He was in 2008 as Food & Beverage Manager at Dreams Punta Cana, where he returned as General Manager under the Jewel Punta Cana brand.
He worked at Hyatt Cap Cana hotels for almost 4 years, in positions such as F&B Director, Resident Manager and Hotel Manager.
