Hyatt Unveils Second Edition of Impression Makers Supper Club

Hyatt Hotels Corporation, Chicago-based, disclosed the comeback of Impression Makers Supper Club. This is a succession of bespoke dining experiences presented by the Impression by Secrets label, a Hyatt Inclusive Collection offshoot. They are working together with leading world-class chefs. Highlighting Chef Stefano Secchi – a Michelin star recipient – the Rezdôra in New York, and the newly inaugurated Massara restaurants will all be parts of this year’s edition.

Successful from its inception last year, the Impression Makers Supper Club 2024 will present a choice of fine-dining destination experiences hosted at Impression Moxché by Secrets and Impression Isla Mujeres by Secrets resorts based in Mexico. Special tasting menus crafted by Chef Secchi in concert with the skilled Impression by Secrets culinary team will be a treat for the Supper Club guests.

Gourmands are offered the option to select their preferred location for these events set in an intimate and exclusive ambiance.

  • On September 26: An extraordinary collaborative dinner with Chef Secchi and Impression Moxché by Secrets Executive Chef Orlando Trejo would be at Allora. Inspired by the Emilia-Romagna cuisine of Rezdôra, their menu is planned to present a mix of dishes. These new dishes fuse modern Italian roots with Mexican cuisine elements, resulting in a dynamic fusion of strong flavors and subtle elegance.

Impression by Secrets for Isla Mujeres

  • On September 28: A collaborative dinner will be held in Spezia. It will showcase dishes by Chef Secchi inspired by his fresh culinary idea, Massara. This would be in conjunction with exclusive culinary elements by Chef Paolo Parlanti, the master chef of Impression Isla Mujeres by Secrets. Its tasting menu would be a tribute to Campania, an Italian region. It will feature traditional antipasti, grilled seafood, and contrasting flavors derived from the Yucatan Peninsula’s Mayan, Spanish, and Caribbean characteristics.
