Indomet advierte sobre oleaje peligroso y recomienda precaución en las costas

Punta Cana; -El Instituto Dominicano de Meteorología (Indomet) mantiene su aviso de peligro relacionado con el viento y el oleaje en las costas del país, razón por la que recomienda a los operadores de las frágiles, pequeñas y medianas embarcaciones que se mantengan en puerto.

El Indomet explica que en la costa del Atlántico debe tenerse precaución desde Cabo San Rafael (La Altagracia) hasta Cabo Cabrón (Samaná) y en la caribeña desde Isla Beata hasta Cayo Pisaje (Pedernales). “Para el resto de ambas costas, navegar con precaución cerca del perímetro costero sin aventurarse mar adentro”, indica el informe elaborado por los meteorólogos Damaris Mercedes y Eimer Bautista.

Indica que las condiciones atmosféricas permanecerán sin cambios importantes en respecto a las precipitaciones, aunque el arrastre  de campos nubosos asociado al viento predominante del este/noreste
mantendrá, durante el transcurso de la tarde hasta entrada la noche, un ambiente propicio  para que se presenten ocasionales lluvias débiles, pasajeras y aisladas en poblados.

Estas lluvias se registran en las provincias La Altagracia, El Seibo, Hato Mayor, María Trinidad Sánchez, Samaná, La Romana, San Pedro de Macorís, Puerto Plata, Espaillat, Duarte, Sánchez Ramírez, Monte Plata,
La Vega, Santiago y Valverde, así como en el Gran Santo Domingo.

Para mañana martes predominará un cielo mayormente despejado y soleado en la mayoría de las provincias, excepto sobre La Altagracia, El Seibo, Hato Mayor, Samaná y María Trinidad Sánchez, donde el viento traerá en ocasiones algo de nubosidad acompañadas de lluvias de corta duración.

En la tarde del martes, y hasta las primeras horas de la noche, las precipitaciones débiles y aisladas serán más frecuentes en localidades de San Pedro de Macorís, La Romana, Monte Plata, el Gran Santo Domingo, San Cristóbal, Monseñor Nouel y Sánchez Ramírez, por la combinación del viento con los efectos locales (calentamiento diurno y orográfico).

Las temperaturas continuarán agradables, con valores mínimo de entre 19 °C y 21 °C y máximos de entre 28 °C y 30 °C, durante la noche y madrugada, principalmente en las zonas montañosas y valles del interior del país, debido la época del año y al viento fresco
