Open House at Vista Cana Apartment Attracts Over 50 Companies

As one of the most exciting real estate experiences of the year, Vista Cana held on Saturday, March 2nd and Sunday, March 3rd, its first Open House that brought together more than 50 companies in the sector, from Verón-Punta Cana and other locations in the country, to present their housing offer.

Tony Termini, CEO of Vista Cana indicated that this first Open house was very receptive, so much so that around 22 companies were not included, but they will be participating in a second opportunity.

«The public came to see the amenities, but also each real estate project. Each brocker company, who are the ones who sell, did a great job of promotion as did we as Vistacana. For the first time, we exceeded the expected expectations,” said Termini.

The executive of one of the main real estate and tourist complexes in the Dominican Republic said that they evaluate holding this event around twice a year, due to the reception it had and the housing demand that the area is currently experiencing.

During the two days of the Open House, between 10 in the morning and 10 at night, each project had golf carts to show attendees, in a personalized way, the existing real estate offer.

THE CEO of Vista Cana highlighted that apart from showing the projects, several recreational activities were organized in a total family atmosphere, being able to enjoy good gastronomy, music, sports and the majestic areas of the complex.

“On Saturday the 2nd alone we had about 1,500 vehicles in our enabled parking area, which made us open another area to receive the hundreds of visitors who came to the Vistacana Open House,” said Termini.

On the other hand, the businessman stated that those attending the event were also able to enjoy projects developed by the complex, such as Sabana, which promotes equestrian activities.
