The inauguration event of this new office was led by the CEO, Gisselle Ventura, and the general manager of RD Real Estate Offer, Jael Ventura, who highlighted that the building represents the firm will of the company to be closer, to be more accessible and to offer an even more personalized service to its clients, who constitute an important part of the development of real estate tourism in the Dominican Republic.

It is one of the most ambitious and complete developments in the area, with an investment of more than 180 million dollars, which is expected to be completed by the second quarter of 2029.

The exclusivity agreement was signed by the executives of Offer Inmobiliaria RD and by Marcos García and Fernando De Sola, from Maga First Option Consulting Investment SRL, representatives of the Aura Boulevard project.
Messrs. García and De Sola were accompanied by Eduardo Padilla and Christian Zap, developers of one of the exclusive projects of Maga First Option Consulting Investment. Expert advisors from Offer Inmobiliaria RD were also present at the event.
