The agenda of sports activities included the twenty-second edition of the “Oscar de La Renta Social Tennis Tournament” at the Oscar de la Renta Tennis Center. The award ceremony included the participation of Ms. Anna Wintour, editor of Vogue magazine in the United States, as well as the Dominican designer Mónica Varela.
In addition, for the second time the “Social Paddle Tournament” was held to benefit “Boleritos”, a program that teaches and cultivates the love of sports to children with limited resources in the Verón community.
Puntacana Village celebrated the 16th edition of its traditional Christmas Bazaar at Galerías Puntacana, where 85 exhibitors participated with the exhibition of local and artisan products, such as household items, personalized details, ornamental plants, punches, liqueurs, desserts, jams, preserves, accessories for women and men, candles and Christmas decorations.
Likewise, The Westin Puntacana hotel inaugurated its traditional “Gingerbread House” life-size, where its guests enjoyed a toast of punch, hot chocolate, ginger tea, and homemade cookies.
During an afternoon accompanied by cocktails and snacks, the boutique of renowned Colombian designer Silvia Tcherassi, located in Tortuga Bay Puntacana Resort, held its traditional Christmas cocktail party.

To wait for the arrival of the new year 2024, the owners of the resort met at La Cana Golf & Beach Club, where they enjoyed the exclusive party “Island Vibes New Year's Dinner”, with live music, entertainment and the traditional Puntacana Resort style fireworks show.
