The Dominican Republic’s Ministry of Tourism introduced new destinations in Miami at an event graced by North American, European, and Latin American investors.
Minister David Collado headed the event. It brought together airlines’ top executives, luxury hotel chains, and investment funds. The Dominican Republic’s leading luxury tourism standing in the Caribbean was reaffirmed.
The event showcased new identities for Dominican luxury destinations including Miches, Samaná, Costa del Ámbar, etc.
Collado emphasized that the Dominican Republic is welcoming investors. The country experiences robust economic growth and presents exceptional opportunities.

“It’s the best time to invest here and capitalize on our dynamic tourism industry,” Collado stated.
Alejandro Reynal, Global CEO of Four Seasons, viewed the investment as strategic. He acknowledged the Dominican Republic as an ideal destination for brands like Four Seasons.
The event closed with a performance by the legendary Dominican artist Juan Luis Guerra. Major banks and companies sponsored the event.

Over 45 CEOs, 40 presidents, and decision-makers from renowned companies participated.
Brands attending the launch included Affluent Traveler, Travelwise, Bonvido, Forbes, Travel + Leisure, and TIME Magazine.
Destination
The launch is vital for the country’s strategy. It aims to position the Dominican Republic as a luxury destination, appealing to high-end clientele and reinforcing its place in the international tourism market.
