SANTO DOMINGO.-RE/MAX Premier International was crowned last night, Tuesday, December 12, as the grand winner of the third edition of the Noval Awards. The event was held at the Jaragua Hotel. RE/MAX won the Noval of the Year 2023 and received a Mercedes Benz model GLA 200 as recognition for their hard work.

Those recognized, who have an area of ​​action in the destinations where the promoter develops its projects: Punta Cana, Santo Domingo and the Northern region, received statuettes for the best in each category.

In the Real Estate Sales Leader category in the North zone, Yolanda Landinez Realtor was the winner. In this category, but in the International category, she was selected RE / MAX Premier International.

The leading real estate agency in Santo Domingo in the 2023 edition is Tu Casa RD. In the Eastern Region, which has stood out for its exceptional performance and has contributed to the development of Punta Cana, was Blue Caribbean Properties.

The Broker of the Year, who won a Rolex, was Vincent Arés-Demers, of Sunset Real Estate, a developer of Noval projects in Canada. Upon receiving the statuette, the winner highlighted his love for the Dominican Republic and thanked the company.

The “Legend of the real estate sector” is Bienvenido Paulino, from Plusval Venta Directa, who, in thanking him for the award, recognized the work of Mélido Marte and Raysa Jiminián, from RE/MAX Metropolitana, in the growth of the sector in the country.

Erick Núñez, from Tu Casa RD, received the Noval Awards in the “Customer Commitment” category, which recognizes his exceptional delivery of service to acquirers.

In the “Revelation of the Year” category, which highlights impactful innovation and notable impact on the sector, Vita Home Inmobiliaria was the winner.

Noval Awards also highlighted the strategies implemented to attract clients and generate more sales with the “Real Estate Marketing” category, in which Apartamentos RD was the winner.

Belkis Cuello received the “Outstanding in International Business” award, which recognizes the excellent work of promoting projects in foreign markets.

“Excellence and focus” was the recognition that Jaime Díaz, from Keller Williams Capital, received.
