Real Estate Development Opportunities in the Cabeza de Toro-Punta Cana Community

PUNTA CANA.- Coral Golf Resort, a serene retreat surrounded by natural beauty, sits in the heart of Punta Cana. Its prime location puts it 2 minutes away from the exquisite Cabeza de Toro beach and 2 km from the Punta Cana-Macao Tourist Boulevard. The resort is a short drive away from the Downtown shopping center and the Punta Cana International Airport.

This location is part of an innovative real estate development in Punta Cana’s tourist center. The site spans 1,300,000 m² and is open to investors or developers interested in guaranteed high returns on investment.

The leading Spanish developer, Gesproin Group, in collaboration with real estate specialist Alejandro Garrigó Lefeld, is spearheading this ambitious project. Their goal is to create approximately 4,500 housing units in the region.

Launching just 10 months ago, they have already sold 50% of the land, which comprises 43 lots. Alejandro, the commercial director of the project, speaks optimistically about the benefits of investing in Coral Golf Resort.

The project prioritizes privacy and security, with a 100% enclosed design. Garrigó Lefeld adds that the buildings would occupy only about 15-20% of the land, leaving the majority as golf and green spaces.

The project’s commitment to sustainability is evident as wastewater will be routed through an internal sewage system, treated, and reused for irrigation.
