PUNTA CANA.- Real estate offer announced the signing of an exclusivity contract for the commercialization of the Aura Boulevard project, an ambitious project that will be built in this eastern area of ​​the country. The project will include the construction of 1,200 apartments with a projected investment of US180 million.

The real estate firm specifies that in the first stage, the new development will have 60 apartments divided into three blocks. The project is expected to be completed by the second quarter of 2029.

Aura Boulevard will offer luxury amenities, including a water park, lazy river, heated jacuzzi, making it a unique development in the area,” highlighted Jael Ventura.

The exclusivity agreement was signed by the executives of Offer Inmobiliaria RD and the representatives of the project, Marcos García and Fernando De Sola.

García and De Sola, along with developers Eduardo Padilla and Christian Zap, attended the event. Expert advisors from Offer Inmobiliaria RD were also present.
