SANTO DOMINGO.- Mallorca Village is the new real estate development presented to the Dominican market and will be located in La Romana, in the east of the country, a work focused on affordable housing with an investment projection of 1,200 million pesos.
The new proposal was announced during a meeting at the Bottega Fratelli restaurant in the Dominican capital. Its promoters explained that the complex will be located near the main tourist infrastructures of the east, such as Casa De Campo, Bayahibe, Punta Cana, and Bávaro, just 10 minutes from La Caleta beach, in La Romana.
A press release highlights that the project will be developed under the Trust modality, with the help of Fiduciaria Universal, generating 500 direct jobs. It details that it is a design with a tourist and ecological concept, with large green areas, parks, an outdoor gym, a children’s play area, an exercise trail, and a pool club.

The press document highlights that the Roig, Ginebra, and Vitienes families will serve as investor trustors. The work has been designed by the architectural firm Sánchez y Curiel.
Miguel Roig, Project Manager of the Mallorca Village Trust, highlighted that the apartments have a modern and comfortable design that combines elegance and functionality. “At the same time, it fills us with satisfaction to be able to take sectors that have not traditionally enjoyed these comforts to paradise, through a project of this nature,” said the executive.
The activity was attended by brokers, businessmen from the sector, and representatives of real estate agencies. The project has the Master Brokers Urban Group, RE/MAX Metropolitana, Elite House, Loft Home, and Golden Castle.
