Con la llegada de la temporada estival, el Gobierno de la provincia de Santa Fe incrementa la oferta de vuelos del Aeropuerto Internacional de Rosario, Islas Malvinasincorporando nuevos destinos y reforzando frecuencias hacia los puntos turísticos más demandados.

Por ello, el pasado viernes 3 de enero por la tarde despegó el vuelo inaugural Rosario-Punta Canauna nueva conexión directa e inédita que promueve el turismo internacional.

A las 15.27 partió el primer viaje de la empresa Aerolíneas Argentinasoperado por un B737 MAXcon capacidad para 170 pasajeros y un 87 % de ocupación en este primer servicio.

“Dimos un nuevo gran paso en nuestro plan de internacionalizar y poner en valor nuestro Aeropuerto, conectando a todos los santafesinos con el mundo, sin necesidad de ir a otras provincias para acceder a un vuelo internacional», afirmó el ministro de Desarrollo Productivo, Gustavo Puccini.

«En la gestión de Maximiliano Pullaro estamos trabajando para que Santa Fe vuelva a estar en el radar y lo estamos haciendo con gestión, con planificación y con inversión en infraestructura», afirmó.

En tanto, el presidente de la compañía, Fabián Lombardo, dijo que «las frecuencias serán semanales, saliendo los viernes a las 15.10 y regresando a Rosario a las 8.45. Aerolíneas Argentinas, a cargo de la operación de la ruta, afirmó que el nuevo trayecto desde y hacia la ciudad santafesina es clave: “Forma parte del plan que diseñamos para ampliar la productividad de la compañía con un diseño estratégico de la programación, que consiste en poner los vuelos allí donde vemos una oportunidad de crecer en el negocio”.
