The Faevyt Air Transport Commission extended the claim of the travel agencies affected by the cancellation of 200 tickets Arajet and Hahn Airand expressed in a statement their repudiation of the actions of both airlines which, “even recognizing that it was an error in their publication of the offer, do not comply with what was marketed nor offer viable alternatives, harming mainly the passengers and travel agencies that issued the tickets.”

While both companies acknowledge the error in their publication of fares on flights Buenos Aires-Punta Cana and Saint Paul-Punta Cana does not offer adequate alternatives to solve the problem affecting affected agencies and passengers.
