Santo Domingo.– Arajet, the low-price Dominican airline, reported that during the month of November it transported 96,586 passengers, making it the busiest month of 2024 for the airline, moving 7% of travelers who entered or left the country. These figures are part of the report of the Civil Aviation Board (JAC) that provide information that projects Arajet as the most active Dominican airline with notable growth since the beginning of its operations at the Punta Cana Airport and expects it to increase in the month of December.
They explained that Arajet currently represents 85% of the passengers transported between local airlines, which, added to more than 25,000 connecting passengers, exceeds 120,000 users, being the Dominican airline with the greatest movement of flights from the different airports in the country.
