Santo Domingo. – The Dominican airline Arajet reported through a statement today that Dominican captain José Abel Marte will leave his duties as chief pilot of the airline as of this month, which is why the recruitment process for this position has begun.
The CEO and founder of Arajet, Víctor Pacheco, thanked Captain Marte for the dedication he had for months leading this area of the company and wished him the best of luck in his immediate future plans.
Pacheco also reported that Captain José Abel Marte will continue to collaborate externally with Arajet, with other initiatives that will positively impact the development of the airline, improving its technological features.

Marte has more than 25 years of experience in the aviation industry of which, before assuming the role of chief pilot of Arajet, he was a Turkish Airlines captain for the last 10 years. In addition, Marte also advised Arajet in pilot training at the beginning of the airline, and served as a pilot on other international airlines in Europe, Africa and Asia.
