Dos establecimientos hoteleros han recibido de parte del Ministerio de Turismo, a través del viceministerio de calidad, la aprobación del Certificado Estándares de Calidad Turística “Qualitur” elevando de esta manera a 29 establecimientos supervisados y aprobados para la obtención de este sello que se instauró en el Ministerio de Turismo con el objetivo de reconocer y certificar establecimientos del sector que cumplan una serie de requisitos y superen el proceso de inspección.

En julio del 2022 fue presentado este sello que certifica a los establecimientos del sector turismo que aplican buenas prácticas en sus procesos de servicio con el objetivo de asegurar la satisfacción del turista, los locales, la seguridad de las instalaciones y el destino.

De esta manera, el Ministerio de Turismo, a través del equipo del Viceministerio de Calidad de los Servicios Turísticos, ha realizado un trabajo de inspección, que conlleva un proceso bien estructurado, exigente y comparable con estándares internacionales por parte del personal de inspección.

Recordamos los hoteles Paradisus Palma Real y Meliá Punta Cana Beach Wellness, han sido los últimos dos en recibir la aprobación de Qualitur

El proceso sigue como siempre y se espera que más establecimientos se sumen a este certificado que ya suman 29 establecimientos: 24 hoteles, 2 restaurantes y 3 agencias de viaje,
