About chef Leonor Espinosa

In 2005 he opened the restaurant that bears his name, where he fuses traditional and modern. In 2015, Leo established itself as one of the best gastronomic destinations in the region. She was named the World's Best Female Chef by The World's 50 Best Restaurants in 2022 and her restaurant LEO for the past six years has been included on this prestigious list, ranking 53rd in its latest edition in 2023.

For eight years it has also been included in the 50 Best Restaurants in Latin America, a list that has also earned it the Best Chef in Latin America award in 2017 and the Estrella Damm Chefs' Choice Award in 2020. Other recognitions obtained include having held 45th place in the Top 100 The Best Chefs Awards 2023, and No. 5 in Travelers' Choice Winners Trip Advisor 2020.

About Michelle Morales

Michelle Morales, a consultant for the restaurant industry in Colombia, is passionate about the good life. He was born and raised among restaurants and for as long as he can remember he has felt a great attraction for the wonderful world of wine. As a child, she was excited when the sommelier arrived at the table and there was no better moment than when her grandfather was given the wine to taste. It is perhaps because of this weakness that in addition to having graduated in Economics and specialized in International Finance, he has dedicated a large part of his career to working in restaurants, creating playful concepts where wine and good food reign supreme.

About eighteen years ago, after having founded the most successful wine club in the city of Bogotá, La Brasserie, she decided that she wanted to be closely related to this drink. Consequently, he enrolled in the Argentine School of Sommeliers where, after almost two years of intense study, he received his degree as a Professional Sommelier. Since then he has practiced this profession with great passion and love for what he does.
