About Michelle Morales
Michelle Morales, a consultant for the restaurant industry in Colombia, is passionate about the good life. He was born and raised among restaurants and for as long as he can remember he has felt a great attraction for the wonderful world of wine. As a child, she was excited when the sommelier arrived at the table and there was no better moment than when her grandfather was given the wine to taste. It is perhaps because of this weakness that in addition to having graduated in Economics and specialized in International Finance, he has dedicated a large part of his career to working in restaurants, creating playful concepts where wine and good food reign supreme.
About eighteen years ago, after having founded the most successful wine club in the city of Bogotá, La Brasserie, she decided that she wanted to be closely related to this drink. Consequently, he enrolled in the Argentine School of Sommeliers where, after almost two years of intense study, he received his degree as a Professional Sommelier. Since then he has practiced this profession with great passion and love for what he does.
