The 10best Usa Today Readers' Choice have presented the 20 hotels nominated in the Caribbean region as the best under the “all-inclusive” regime, among which are four from the Dominican Republic that compete with hotels located in St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Jamaica, Turks and Caicos Islands, St. Lucia, Antigua, Grenada and St. Martin.
