Bavarian. IMG Hospital is proud to announce its role as host of the II International Congress of Quality and Innovation in Health 2025, a key event for the strengthening of the health sector in the region.
Organized by the Association of Private Hospitals of Central America, Panama and the Dominican Republic (AHPCAP-RD), Congress will bring together more than 200 health sector professionals on June 27 and 28, 2025 in Punta Cana.
The Congress will feature more than 30 high -level speakers from prestigious universities and hospital centers in Mexico, Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, Colombia and Panama.
During the event, knowledge and experiences will be exchanged with the aim of strengthening patient care and improving quality standards in health services.
Commitment to health excellence
As part of the Organizing Committee, IMG Hospital reaffirms its commitment to innovation and quality in the health sector. Mr. Carlos Prato, IMG Hospital CEO, together with Medical Physics Herwin Speckter, CEDIMAT Medical Technology Manager, and Dr. Julián Sued, President of the Northern Medical Union University Clinic, lead the organization of this important event .
Ivana de Medrano, president of AHPCAP-RD, stressed that the formation of human resource is one of the biggest challenges facing health centers in the region. In this sense, Congress will promote training and update initiatives for health personnel, addressing issues such as medical innovation, scientific research, clinical excellence and update of health protocols.
