The Minister of Tourism, David Colladoreaffirmed its commitment to tourist security when presenting plans for the second term of the president's government Luis Abinaderwhich focus on three fundamental axes: reorganization, organization and strengthening of tourist security in the various destinations of the country, with special attention to the Eastern zone.

The minister called on the business community to continue investing in the tourism sector, emphasizing that there is currently a climate of peace, tranquility and legal security, according to El Dinero.
“In Latin America, our tourist security is enviable. While others neglect this area, President Abinader is working hard to strengthen security in all tourist destinations in the country,” he said.
He stated that “I am proud to be part of the recovery of tourism with the support of the President of the Republic. However, we will feel even more proud when Bávaro-Punta Cana is organized and safe, becoming an exemplary tourist destination.”
