This year, the environmental permit for the “Pedernales Tourist Development Plan” project, one of the most ambitious currently being carried out in the Dominican Republic, also stands out.

PEDERNALES TOURISM DEVELOPMENT PLAN
The “Pedernales Tourism Development Plan” project consists of a subdivision for tourist, hotel and town-type residences, which will have all the services, infrastructure and equipment necessary for its operation, under the environmental sustainability scheme. The project will be developed in four (4) phases. Phase I, whose development focuses on around 7,000,000.00 m² (700 hectares) with a 3 linear km Cabo Rojo beach front. This phase includes thirteen (13) lots, the construction of nine (9) hotels with 4,700 rooms, four (4) eco-hotels, a vacation home complex, commercial areas, institutional lot, green areas and service infrastructure that includes, among others elements, the road system, sustainable electrical energy supply system, drinking water supply system, storm and sanitary sewage networks, wastewater treatment plant and telecommunications system.
SECRETS-DREAMS HOTELS ROYAL BEACH PUNTA CANA & EXECUTIVE HOTEL
The tourist complex “Hoteles Secrets-Dreams Royal Beach Punta Cana, Executive Hotel” is a project defined in three (3) phases, in accordance with what is described below: Phase I-Hotel Secrets Royal Beach Punta Cana: All-inclusive hotel, with six hundred and forty-two (642) rooms. It has a main lobby, VIP lobby, convention rooms, theater, six (6) restaurants, bars, casino, nightclub, swimming pool, beach bar and restaurant, kitchen, spa, gym, commercial premises, office, laundry, warehouses , service areas, administrative offices, employee accommodation building, parking area. inter alia.
Phase II-Hotel Dreams Royal Beach Punta Cana: All-inclusive hotel, with three hundred and seventy-three (373) rooms. It has a lobby, convention rooms, theater, five (5) restaurants, bars, swimming pools, gazebos, beach bar and restaurant, kitchen, spa, gym, kid's club, commercial premises. warehouses, service areas and parking area.
Expansion of Hotel Dreams Royal Beach Punta Cana and Executive Hotel; Executive and business hotel with sixty-six (66) rooms, one (1) restaurant, conference room, shopping plaza, gym and reception area; and one (1) resort hotel with one hundred and nineteen (119) rooms, with restaurants, bars, kitchen, reception area, water park, employee industrial zone, ecological walkway and gym.
HOTEL QUALITY
The “Hotel Quality” facility consists of the operation of a four (4) level airport hotel, with a total of one hundred and twenty-four (124) rooms with accommodation and recreation facilities. In addition, it has a restaurant, lobby bar, Spa, swimming pool, basketball court, gym, laundry, business center and gift shop.
PUNTA PALMA HOTEL COMPLEX
The “Punta Palma” project consists of the construction and operation of a hotel complex with seven hundred and ninety-six (796) rooms. The main components will be defined by: Two (2) hotels, one (1) for adults and the other for families, from one (1) to four (4) levels, each will have its own lobby, specialty restaurants, bars, snacks and swimming pools. In addition, the family hotel includes a water park.
Convention center, as well as a community center (village) that will have shops, chapel, theater, spa, gym, sports bar with bowling, coffee shop/ice cream, teens, kids club, a Speakeasy, sports fields and a park water.
ZIVA HOTEL
The “Hotel Ziva” project consists of the construction and operation of a hotel-type tourist complex, which will be part of the AMR Collection in Pedernales. The infrastructure will be composed of: Three (03) structures of three (03) and four (04) levels and twelve (12) villas of one floor each, which will have seven (07) rooms, two (02) presidential and five (02). 05) master, with a total of five hundred (500) rooms. The “Hotel Dreams” Project consists of the construction and operation of a hotel-type tourist complex to offer lodging services, which will be part of the AMR Collection in Pedernales. The infrastructure will be made up of: Three (03) buildings with three (03) and four (04) levels and twelve (12) villas with one floor each, which will have seven (07) rooms, two (02) presidential and five (02). 05) master, with a total of five hundred (500) rooms. Hotel complex dedicated to providing accommodation services to national and international tourists. The infrastructure is made up of an existing two (2) level building divided into three (3) room wings, for a total of one hundred and twenty-four (124) hotel rooms; five (5) meeting rooms, conference center, swimming pools, restaurants, reception, central lobby, swimming pools, Spa and gym.
SERENADA CARIBBEAN CLUB
Construction and operation of the “Serenade Caribe Club” project, a tourist complex that will be dedicated to offering accommodation and leisure services to national and foreign tourists. It will have a total of eight hundred and thirty-five (835) rooms, distributed in eight (8) buildings with four (4) levels, and two (2) annex buildings.
WESTON HOTEL
Renewal of the environmental permit of the “Hotel Weston Suites”, composed of eight (8) levels with ninety-eight (98) rooms, a social area on the roof that includes a restaurant, a bar and a relaxation and rest area. In addition, general services area and laundry.
