Punta Cana. Relatives of the young people missing since January 4 reported that there is an 80% probability that the bodies found in the fuselage of a JetBlue aircraft, at the Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport, correspond to them.

Yronelys Castillo, mother of Elvis Borquez Castillo, stated that she is waiting for a DNA test to be performed to determine if one of the bodies belongs to her son.

Desperate for answers, Elvis' parents have continued to visit the location where he was last seen, hoping to find clues to the whereabouts of their son and his friends.

“We went to the investigation department yesterday to trace the calls made. Now they are going to track them through WhatsApp, because I was only using WhatsApp. For today we have stopped to wait for news,” added Yronelys Castillo.

Jey Aniluz

Margarita Lusi, mother of the other missing young man, identified as Jey Aniluz, expressed that she has not had communication with her son since January 4, the date he disappeared.

“When they gave me the news, around 1 in the afternoon, the father called me and asked me when was the last time I spoke to him. I told him that from January 2 to 3, but on the 4th, at 8:43 at night, he said 'hello' to me,” he said.

He added that he responded to the message, but never received a response, and his messages did not reach the young man.

Aniluz's mother clings to the hope of finding her son safe and sound, maintaining confidence that she will soon find him. Margarita also commented that she received a call from a person asking her if she had information about her son and if he had any tattoos on his chest and shoulder.

Who is the third missing young man?

The third missing young man, known as Frandi, would have disappeared along with the other two. According to Elvis' parents, Frandi was an orphan and lived alone.

“The uncle brought him from Haiti to the Dominican Republic. After being brought, he lived in the community of El Macao, then he moved to La Ceiba and, finally, he lived in El Cajuil, where he met the other young people,” they explained.

To date, there is no record that any family member has reported Frandi's disappearance, since, apparently, his parents died. This was indicated by the parents of the other missing young people.
