Companies such as METALDOM, Grupo Estrella and Jhonson SAS proudly displayed the “Made in the Dominican Republic” seal.

Expo Acero Santiago included talks by experts, meetings between professionals and special recognitions for companies and individuals. Among the sponsors were Metaldom, Banco Popular, Banreservas and the Utesa Convention Center. The mayor of Santiago, Ulises Rodríguez, highlighted the role of the city as a venue for events that promote economic growth and creativity.
